WM’s Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

24 hours advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment.

This notice allows another patient to schedule in the vacant slot. Patients unable to give us 24 hours notice may be charged for the appointment.


Patients who do not reschedule or cancel an appointment will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are charged 100% for the appointment cost.

Late Arrivals:

When Patients arrive late, the session may be shortened in order to accommodate following appointments.  You will be responsible for the “full” session cost regardless of the length of the treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other Patients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Payment of Cancellation Fees:

Appointment cancellation fees will automatically charge to the Patient’s account.
